We Rise Up Strong is a school program from JULDD LLC. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects, why we collect it, and what we never do with it. If anything here is unclear, write to us at support@juldd.com.
Information you give us
- Email signups. When you sign up for the free coloring book or other updates, we receive your email address.
- Forms. When you contact us or ask about bringing the program to a school, we receive the details you type in, such as your name, your school or organization, your contact details, and your message.
Purchases
Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach us or sit on our systems. We receive a confirmation of your purchase and the email address you used, so we can deliver your download and help you if something goes wrong.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) so the site runs and stays secure. The film and the flip books on this site are delivered by services including Cloudflare and Heyzine, which may use their own cookies or collect usage information under their own privacy policies. We do not run advertising trackers on this site.
How we use information
- To deliver the downloads and purchases you asked for.
- To answer your messages and school requests.
- To send the emails you signed up for. Every update email can be unsubscribed with one click.
- To keep the site working well and secure.
What we never do
We never sell your personal information, and we never share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Children
This website is made for adults: teachers, parents, counselors, and school staff. The books and activities are created for children, but purchases and downloads are meant to be made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to support@juldd.com and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to support@juldd.com and we will take care of it promptly.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
