These terms cover the We Rise Up Strong website and the digital products in its shop. By using this site or buying a download, you agree to them. We Rise Up Strong is a program of JULDD LLC.

The content is ours

The storybook, the coloring book, the film, the music, the characters, the artwork, and the text on this site belong to JULDD LLC and are protected by copyright. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute them except where a license below says you may.

Digital purchases

The read-along edition of the storybook is delivered online and opened with a password. That password is for you, your family, or your classroom. Please do not post it publicly or share it with people who have not bought the book. Keep your checkout email, since it is your proof of purchase.

Stickers and free materials

The sticker pack may be printed for personal use and for one classroom. The free coloring book may be printed and shared freely with classrooms, counselors, and families. You may not sell the files or the prints, and you may not upload the files to other websites. Schools, districts, and organizations that want to use these materials more widely are welcome to write to support@juldd.com for a school license.

Refunds

A digital product cannot be returned like a parcel, but we stand behind what we sell. If a file will not open, a password does not work, or you bought the wrong item by mistake, contact us within 14 days of purchase at support@juldd.com and we will fix the problem or refund you.

School visits

Presentations and school visits are arranged separately with the team. Information on this site describes the program and is not itself a booking or a contract.

Using this site fairly

Please do not misuse the forms, attempt to break the site's security, or use the site in ways that break the law or harm other visitors.

Accessibility

We work to keep this site usable for everyone, including visitors who use assistive technology. If you meet a barrier anywhere on the site, tell us at support@juldd.com and we will get you the same information another way.

The fine print

This site and its downloads are provided as they are, and we work hard to keep them accurate and available. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA. If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
